All completed orders received Monday-Friday (except Bank Holidays & Christmas week) shall be delivered within 2 working days unless otherwise stated and are subject to stock availability.
All Deliveries on our standard service will be made Monday-Friday, 8am to 5pm (Except Bank Holidays & Christmas week) and within mainland UK. 2 working day service cannot be guaranteed due to unforeseen circumstances. Please note due to adverse weather conditions we cannot guarantee 2 working day delivery to some parts of the UK.
All deliveries require a signature (during COVID-19 this is not applicable and an agreed 'safe place' is adequate).
Standard delivery - £3.99 per order (Up to 27kg)
Any damaged or incomplete deliveries should be reported to us upon receipt.
(If you are not home and the box is left in an agreed 'safe place', please ensure you immediately take a photo and email us; do not move or open your box)

Terms & Service
Once we receive your order and payment in full (including applicable delivery charges) we will email you to confirm acceptance to the address provided on your order details. This will create a legally binding contract between us whether or not you receive the email. We reserve the right not to supply you or to cancel orders at our discretion. In the case of us cancelling your order, you will not be entitled to any compensation for disappointment suffered.
The minimum age required when purchasing goods from this website is 18 years.
Right for you to cancel your order:
You may cancel your contract with us for the goods you order at any time up to the end of the seventh working day from the date you receive the ordered goods. You do not need to give any reason for cancelling your contract, although it would be appreciated if a reason was provided, and will not have to pay a penalty.
To cancel your contract you must notify us in writing or verbally over the telephone.
If you have received the goods before you cancel your contract then you must send the goods back to our contact address at your own cost and risk. If you cancel your contract but we have already processed the goods for delivery you must not unpack the goods when they are received by you and you must send the goods back to us at our contact address at your own cost and risk as soon as possible.
Once you have notified us that you are cancelling your contract, any sum debited to us from your credit card or debit card will be re-credited to your account as soon as possible and in any event within 30 days of your order provided that the goods in question are returned by you and received by us in the condition they were in when delivered to you. If you do not return the goods delivered to you or do not pay the costs of delivery, we shall be entitled to deduct the direct costs of recovering the goods and the amounts to be re-credited to you.
All orders for products are subject to stock availability.
Care has been taken with descriptions of all items shown on the website but due to limitations of photography, colours of the goods you receive may differ slightly to those displayed on your monitor. All dimensions and weights given are deemed to be accurate. However, if you have any queries please call or email prior to placing an order. If you are dissatisfied with an item you may of course return it.
